Marcella Camargo is a recent graduate from Berklee College of Music. Born an American but a Brazilian by heart, she deeply cherishes both countries and feels that both the USA and Brazil have influenced her as a musician.

Singer, composer and arranger, she has been present in the musical scene since she was 14 years old. In Boston since September '09 she has worked as a wedding singer for the bands "Pulse of Boston" and "Superband", and has also performed for numerous venues and other events.

Her recent work consists of participating as a featured artist and lead vocal on John Finbury’s album “Imaginário”, which has been nominated  ‘Song of the Year’ for the 2016 Latin Grammy, with the track “A Chama Verde”.

She is also featured as lead vocal for the album “Sem Tradução” by Fernando Brandão, works as a recording artist for Hawthplay Records and performs live as a background singer for New York artists Pam Steebler and Leah Rich.

During her time as a Berklee student, she was selected to perform and work with international artists, singers and songwriters – like Paul Simon or Luis Enrique.

Awarded with the World Scholarship, she graduated Berklee College of Music in 2012 with degrees in Performance and Professional Music (with focus on Contemporary Writing & Production).
